1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and basant ("basant", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at basant.ws. By accessing, registering on, or using the basant platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the basant platform and close your account if one has been opened. Your continued use of basant following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on basant, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. basant operates a strict 21+ policy and conducts mandatory age verification on all new accounts. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds therein may be held pending investigation.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be subject to any self- exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction issued by basant or any affiliated gaming operator.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming or sports betting is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

basant reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by basant may result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one active basant account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited. Where basant identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances or pending withdrawals may be voided.

When registering your basant account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify basant promptly of any changes via the account settings page or live chat support.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your basant account credentials, including your username and password. basant will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify basant immediately.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on basant are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). basant supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and basant reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment channels at any time with reasonable notice to members.

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your basant wallet instantly upon successful processing by the respective payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take one to two business days to reflect depending on your bank's internal processing timelines. basant is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal requests are processed by basant's payments team within the timeframes published in the platform's help section. basant reserves the right to conduct identity and payment verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or held if basant has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

• Members may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in their own name.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts, including accounts belonging to family members, are strictly prohibited.
• basant does not charge internal withdrawal fees, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are published in the platform's banking section.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn — see Section 6.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on basant are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product, including cricket betting markets, live casino table rules, and individual slot game paytable rules as determined by the respective game provider. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that product.

basant reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, pricing error, or data feed failure has materially affected the outcome or odds presented to members. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the member's basant wallet. basant's decision in relation to voided bets is final.

For cricket betting and other sports markets, basant uses live data feeds from established sports data providers. Settlement of bets is based on official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL markets, the International Cricket Council for international fixtures). basant will not be bound by settlement decisions made prior to official confirmation of results.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

basant offers various promotional bonuses to members including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal campaigns tied to Pakistani sporting and cultural events. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time of offer. General bonus conditions that apply across all basant promotions are set out below.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may not hold more than one active deposit bonus simultaneously unless explicitly stated in a promotion's terms.
• Eligibility: Promotional eligibility is determined at basant's discretion. basant reserves the right to exclude specific members from promotions where there is evidence of systematic abuse or where the member has previously breached bonus terms.
• No Abuse Policy: Using multiple accounts, exploiting promotional mechanics, or engaging in low-risk betting patterns designed to clear bonuses without genuine play constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and bonus forfeiture.
• Modification: basant may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to member accounts prior to the modification.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the basant platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering as an individual under the age of 21 or providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Operating more than one basant account, or assisting another person in operating a duplicate account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or exploit platform functionality.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other members to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, software errors, or pricing anomalies in bad faith.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including money laundering or fraud, through the basant platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing basant staff, agents, or other members via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access or interfere with another member's basant account without authorisation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the basant platform — including but not limited to the basant name and logo, website design, game graphics, text, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of basant or its licensed third-party suppliers. Nothing in these Terms grants members any right, licence, or interest in basant's intellectual property beyond the limited right to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

Members may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any basant content without the prior written consent of basant. Unauthorised use of basant's intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may result in legal action.

9. Privacy & Data

basant collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering a basant account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

basant implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure data storage, and access controls to protect member data. basant will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required to operate the platform lawfully.

10. Responsible Gaming

basant is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all members. The platform provides a suite of tools accessible from every member's account dashboard including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. basant strongly encourages members to make use of these tools if they feel their gaming habits are becoming problematic.

Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon submission and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period. Members who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering new accounts. Any account opened by a self-excluded member will be closed immediately and any deposits made during the exclusion period will be returned.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, basant's total liability to any member in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

basant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the basant platform, even if basant has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

basant does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. basant shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, data feed errors, or circumstances beyond basant's reasonable control including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, or governmental action.

12. Amendments to These Terms

basant reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, basant will notify members by email or via a prominent notice on the platform with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material changes may take effect immediately.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the basant platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to basant's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through basant's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, as determined by basant. Members retain any statutory rights they may have under the laws of their country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract.
